Sonya @ only 100 words, presents 3 line tales week four

My New York City rainbow of dreams did not end with a pot of gold.

Leprechauns took all I had; now homeless, nameless, faceless in a world of Dickenesque realities.

Look me in the eye as I stretch my thin arm towards you, grimy hand out stretched.

  1. {BTW: loving your prompt for comments!} I so appreciate your dark, richly poetic, take on the image for 3 Line Tales this week. I had the same thought, crushing dreams in NYC, but had a more positive thought of the rainbow. I love to read how everyone can take an image, spark creativity, and find so many avenues from which to go with even the same line of thinking. I’m so happy to have found your blog!
